ELBOWOODS MEMORIAL HEALTH CAMPUS MASTERPLAN

The 140-acre Elbowoods Memorial Health Campus is experiencing rapid change as the health needs for the MHA Nation continues to grow. The master planning effort includes space needs programming for projected new facilities, and conceptual site placement to help determine access, roadways, utilities infrastructure, and future expansions for a 10-year time frame.
The masterplan study identified a need for 18 new building and infrastructure projects. Since the completion of the EMHC Masterplan Report in 2022, two (2) projects have been completed, and two (2) projects are currently under construction. Four (4) projects were identified as priorities and are to be elevated for immediate consideration. The remaining four (4) projects are to be completed in the future.
