EMHC Maintenance Facility

The Elbowoods Memorial Health Center stand-alone Maintenance Facility is a 9,400 SF building designed to support the rapidly growing EMHC campus. The Campus is currently home to Elbowoods Memorial Health Clinic, Diabetes Education Center, the Kidney Dialysis Unit, Veteran’s Memorial Center, and the Community Health Resources Center with several additional buildings and services master planned for the future. This facility provides centralized property storage (2,300 SF), vehicle maintenance including a wash bay (3,700 SF) and staff offices for maintenance personnel throughout the health system.

The completion of the Maintenance Facility enhances the operations of the EMHC Campus by providing an adequate home for the resources and staff necessary to maintaining the ever-growing campus.
