EMHC Maintenance Facility – New Town, ND

Due to the rapid growth of the Elbowoods Memorial Health Campus facilities, the Owner determined the existing maintenance facility was inadequate. The EMHC Masterplanning effort concluded the existing maintenance facility would need to relocate to accommodate the new CHRC.

The newly state of the art Maintenance Facility is expanded to 9, 850 SF with a combination of dedicated administrative, storage, workshop, and garage space. The facility will enhance the operations of the EMH Campus by providing an adequate home for the resources and staff to necessary to maintaining the ever-growing campus.
