This 2-story, 36-room hotel replaces the former Parshall Motor Inn on Main Street in Parshall.  It will offer modern and comfortable accommodations to people in and around Parshall, business travelers and tourists.

Guest rooms will include standard king and queen options and, king and queen suites.  Each room offers quality beds, comfortable furnishings, work desks, generous walk-in showers, under-counter refrigerators, LCD flat screen televisions, wireless internet and individual climate control.  The larger suites include a small living area for visiting with family or business associates.  An onsite caretaker suite within the hotel building provides convenience and ensures that the facility is staffed at all times. 

Other guest amenities include a welcoming check-in desk, a well-furnished lobby space, guest lounge, breakfast bar, coffee counter, flexible meeting room, fitness center, and market space with sundries and snacks for purchase,

Should guests want to do laundry during their stay, they only need to walk down the hall to a connected laundromat available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The laundromat is not only open to hotel guests but also to the public.  It will include 12 washers, 12 dryers, a lounge area with televisions, a vending area offering snacks and hot food and a restroom.  It will have a separate entrance for use by the public and a secure entrance where hotel guests can enter and exit.
