The owner has announced their purchase of an 8.7-acre site 1 block off Las Vegas Boulevard on the south end of the strip near the Mandalay Bay Casino resort and McCarran Airport. The site sits approximately 3 blocks east of the new Allegiant Stadium within walking distance via the Hacienda Avenue Bridge.

RML Architects is assisting the Owner and Developer with site analysis and conceptual design including concepts for a mixed-use entertainment venue with a 3000 seat multi-use outdoor arena sized to host rodeos and music concerts, a high-energy lighted street-scape with food vendors and retail kiosks, an indoor-outdoor sports bar themed restaurant, an outdoor entertainment pavilion and an innovative outdoor sports betting area in a “drive-in” movie theater style setting where visitors can catch the action on large scale jumbo TV monitors. The site will provide surface and structured parking to accommodate guests attending events at Allegiant Stadium.
