Meet Team RML

Throughout his 15 years of experience, Matt has had the opportunity to work on a variety of project types including multifamily housing, senior living, religious buildings, hospitality, entertainment and commercial spaces. His project involvement is wide and includes management, design, construction documentation and construction administration. He is dedicated to ensuring that client goals and expectations are met throughout the course of a project. 

Matt’s easy-going nature and humor make working with him enjoyable.  Clients, contractors and design team members feel comfortable and confident knowing he can handle challenges thrown at him.  He leads with experience, intuition and consistent follow-through, resulting in successful outcomes.  In Matt’s case, nice guys don’t finish last.  They come out ahead! 

He is a licensed architect and Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University.  Matt has been a past member of the Urban Land Institute, US Green Council and Toastmasters International. 

In his spare time Matt enjoys salmon fishing in Alaska, hunting game, waterfall repelling in Costa Rica and spending time with his family.
