Meet Team RML

As a Senior Project Manager / Project Architect at RML Architects, Becca brings 25 years of project experience in various project types, from commercial and mixed-use facilities to single-family, multi-family, and senior living. Becca’s responsibilities include all aspects of design, project development, code review, document management, specifications, and construction administration. Becca is a licensed architect and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Art History, from the University of Texas, Austin.

With a passion for people and community building, Becca’s approach to each project begins with how best to successfully navigate the entire team through the complexities of the construction process while focusing intently on the client’s visions and expectations. These skills were honed through years of volunteer endeavors with Saint Paul neighborhood and city initiatives, where projects would not have been completed without the collaboration, determination, and negotiations amongst all affected stakeholders. Becca was the previous president and board member of her local Planning District No. 9, has served on multiple community design review committees, and was appointed to two terms on the City Saint Paul’s Capital Improvement Budget and Project Selection committees.
