Meet Team RML

With a passion for people and community, Becca’s priority for any project is helping the client reach its goals and deliver buildings that serve users for many years.  She brings the gift of listening to clients and closely collaborating with them throughout the entirety of a project. Clients often remark how much they enjoy working with her.

 In her nearly 30 years of experience, Becca has worked on various project types including commercial & mixed-use, multi-family housing, senior living facilities, medical clinics and historic preservation.  She is involved in all aspects from beginning to end and is well versed in programming, design, code review, construction documents and construction administration.  Becca earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Texas University and her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota, and she holds a professional architectural license in the state of Minnesota. 

Two of her favorite projects include a kidney dialysis clinic and a diabetes education clinic.  These are important to Becca because each of them offers services that were once lacking for the community in which they were built, and it satisfies her knowing she was able to contribute to something priceless: health and well-being. 

Becca has been a volunteer participant for Saint Paul neighborhood groups and other City initiatives, was a past president and board member of her local St. Paul Planning District and was appointed to two terms on the City of Saint Paul’s Capital Improvement Budget and Project Selection committees.  Her understanding of public policy and process is an asset for any project

Becca enjoys boating on the Mississippi River, home renovation projects and spending time with friends and family.
