Meet Team RML

Mathias brings over a decade of experience to RML and has been involved with various project types including senior living facilities, multi-family housing and controlled environment agriculture.  He is a colleague that others seek out and rely on for his analytical and technical know-how.  His skills offer foresight into issues that others might miss which enables the team to address them before they become difficult to manage. 

A noteworthy project of his is a commercial production greenhouse located in North Dakota.  This highly complex facility uses the latest technology for plant growing operations and incorporates a natural gas capture system for power and heat all under 3.25 acres of glass.  Mathias coordinated and managed complex teams throughout design and construction phases requiring constant attention to details.  If you need an individual that brings tenacity and precision to a project, Mathias is your architect. 

He is a licensed architect in Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University. 

Mathias is an avid hiker and canoeist who enjoys spending time in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.  He is also a sports car enthusiast who can count track racing as one of his activities.
