THRILL & CHILL, FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER

Thrill & Chill Zone, Family Entertainment Center is an all-in-one destination, offering a mix of dining, entertainment, games and activities for families and visitors alike. With safety and health objectives as one of the key elements of design, this building is a welcome amenity to the entire region.

MHA Nation purchased a premanufactured 27,500 S.F. metal building, previously occupied by SHOPKO and used as a retail store to be repurposed into a Family Entertainment Facility. Located at the Intersection of College Drive and HWY 23 in New Town, ND this venue will offer attractions and games for the enjoyment of children, families, and visitors to the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation while also creating job opportunities for the local community.

The project offers 11 different attractions including 6 lanes of duck pin social bowling, cosmic laser tag, cosmic mini golf, 40+ arcade games, a suspended ropes course, (4) climbing walls, half-court basketball, golf simulator, (5) movie theater suites, sports bar/ restaurant, and (2) party rooms. The Thrill & Chill Zone offers excitement for all ages and occasions.

Site improvements for the parking lot include relocation of entry drive to the southwest corner, adding additional parking stalls in the northwest corner.  In addition to this site work, the water and sewer lines will be relocated on the west side of the building and the creation of a screened concrete utility courtyard with propane, trash, and generator.
